Lead Product Designer
As part of the UX strategy, my team and I prepared detailed storyboards to visualize the future-state user journeys. These storyboards played a pivotal role in aligning stakeholders around a shared vision of the app’s potential. They highlighted how our diverse user personas could effortlessly navigate between various healthcare needs.

The redesigned app has been met with positive feedback: • Users praised the app’s clean and intuitive design for reducing confusion, especially during critical health moments. (from users interviews: "I like it's neat and clean, when you are sick, your mind is already clouded" ) • App Store and Google Play ratings improved significantly after launch (from 3.7 to 4.8 AppStore)

Redefining healthcare: A user-centered approach to a comprehensive healthcare experience
As the Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded a major redesign of a telehealth app, which was originally designed primarily for virtual consultations (VC). As the business expanded, it became critical to redefine how the app could seamlessly integrate a broader range of healthcare services while addressing the growing demand for accessible, inclusive, and efficient healthcare experiences. This initiative involved crafting a robust UX strategy to drive long-term impact and align the user experience with both business goals and evolving user needs. By working very closely with the key stakeholders (business, marketing, eng), I defined the UX roadmap with a focus on three key milestones to ensure a phased and strategic approach to the redesign: - Phase 1 with a main focus on the UI and brand refresh + revisiting IA to prepare better for next phases (live: Q1'24) - The goal of the phase 2 was to "merge 2 separate apps" to provide users with health insurers with a seamless experience (will be live:Q1'25) - Phase 3 is planned 2025/2026 - more personalized and comprehensive healthcare experience
